Citizen Systems America Corporation, the merger of two Citizen Printer divisions, CBM America Corporation, a recognized market leader in POS printers for North America and Citizen America Corporation manufacturers of barcode printers and dot matrix impact printers as well as electronic crystal oscillators and floppy disk drives. These changes are part of an overall structural reform with the Citizen Group to streamline operations.
